I bought these with not much hope that they would work, and for the first 3 days I did not notice any difference. After the 5th day I could not believe how white my teeth were! I experienced no pain or sensitivity during the treatment which was something I was expecting. The delivery was very quick and arrived properly packaged. Thank you crest! 9/1/12

Hi Stephen - I bought the whitening strips as I couldn't stand the 'gum shield' types and other brands of whitening products I bought just didn't make any difference. For this reason I was a bit dubious but I have not been disappointed this time! As some of the other reviewers said, a tube of good toothpaste for sensitive teeth is all you need to make this an easy, effective process. 

I haven't managed to use the strips twice a day every day but try at least once a day and I can really see a difference. I smoke and consume a lot of strong coffee so these strips really must be the best in the market!! I will be ordering more to keep my smile bright for my wedding next year.

Hi Stephem - I truthfully dont think you can improve on your customer service.  As you know I was in a bit of a pickle through my own fault of not reading through the description properly and you managed to pull it out the bag so my teeth were whitened before an important occassion for me.  I am delighted with the results and when people comment i am sure to pass on your details,  it was actually my dentist who recommended the strips last june as I left it too late brfore my weddng to get them bleached, she actually told me it would be cheaper and better doing it through you so you obviously impress the world of dentisttry!  One of my friend is a dentist and he said they look amazing!!

Stephen, Thank you so much for your email, I found it really helpful. I think that I misunderstood the concept of the whitestrips in that they only bring you back to your natural shade. My teeth are not stained particularly, they are just an off White shade. An American friend of mine recommended them as they have made her teeth whiter, it seems, beyond their natural shade and I think this is what I was hoping to achieve. I will take a photograph at the end and compare it to my initial one and then reassess it. Hopefully my teeth will just be a more even shade.

Brilliant - I bought the Vivid White toothpaste alongside 3D Whitestrips Professional Effects.  I only used 1 strip and followed up on my whitening process with the Vivid White toothpaste, the results are brilliant, my family, friends & colleagues have all commented on how white my teeth are.  I would definitely recommend the toothpaste even if you do not buy the strips...29/3/2011

The Million Smiles idea is innovative and clever, I don't think it's corny at all! More companies should think this way. I personally agree that a whiter smile does give people much more confidence, and I am proof of that! If my own teeth are white, I feel great, and find myself smiling at complete strangers. I would like to express how impressed I have been with Crest's Whitening strips. They are not only easy, convenient and practical to use, they are extremley effective and you can see effects immediately. In the past I have tried several dentist whitening treatments and have paid between £250 - £450 for each treatment. The whitening strips are, I would say more effective and you can get to much whiter shades than going to the dentist for this procedure.
