Wear time: Due to high concentration, start with 15 minutes minute wear time twice a day. If no sensitivity occurs follow regular wear time instructions of 30 minutes, twice a day for 10-14 days. If you are sensitive to tooth whitening then we recommend the use of Dr Collins Desensitising gel.
